1. Will this immunotherapy treatment cure my cancer?

No. Currently, there is no definitive cure for cancer. However, cellular immunotherapy may help slow down the progression or growth of the tumor. It is a supportive treatment that does not harm your healthy cells.

2. Is this treatment covered by my medical insurance?

No. Cellular immunotherapy is currently classified as an investigational treatment and is not covered by health insurance providers.

3. Will drawing 180 ml of blood cause anemia?

No. 180 ml is less than half the volume of a standard blood donation. Additionally, we replace the drawn volume with saline solution to maintain proper circulation, especially for cancer patients who may be physically weakened.

4. Is this therapy effective if my immune system didn’t stop the cancer before?

Yes, it is effective. The immune system is designed to fight abnormal cells, but cancer can evade detection through various mechanisms, such as rapid growth or releasing signals that mimic healthy cells. Immunotherapy helps the immune system recognize and attack those hidden cancer cells.

5. Is there a risk of activating cancer cells when my blood is drawn?

No. We use specialized magnetic beads to isolate specific immune cells (e.g., monocytes, lymphocytes, NK cells) and remove 100% of any tumor cells present in the sample.

6. How do you isolate tumor cells from my blood?

We use immunomagnetic technology to selectively identify and extract tumor cells based on your pathology report. The choice of magnetic beads depends on your specific cancer type.

7. Is this therapy recommended for all types and stages of cancer?

Yes. The immune system responds similarly to all tumor types. What changes is the signal we send to the immune cells in the lab, which is tailored to each patient’s cancer type. We have treated many stage IV patients with positive outcomes, and earlier stages are expected to respond even better.

8. Why do I have to wait 3 months to evaluate results?

Cellular immunotherapy is a gradual process. First, immune cells are activated, then they infiltrate tumors, destroy cancer cells, and finally macrophages clean up the debris. Early scans may show false progression due to this activity. That’s why we recommend evaluating results 10–12 weeks after treatment.

9. How many patients have been treated with this therapy?

Our lab has over 11 years of experience producing autologous cellular immunotherapy. Our medical staff has more than 12 years of experience treating cancer patients with this method.

10. Why are dendritic cells injected in the inguinal region?

When injected intravenously, dendritic cells often get trapped in the liver or spleen. Injecting them in the inguinal or deltoid region allows them to reach lymph nodes more efficiently, where they can activate lymphocytes.

11. Why are two types of antigens or "signals" used?

Combining synthetic (primitive) and mutated (current) antigens enhances immune response. Many patients have altered antigens due to prior chemotherapy or radiotherapy, so using both types increases treatment effectiveness.

12. Are clinical-grade materials used in vaccine production?

Yes. We use GMP-grade products and avoid animal-derived culture media. Instead, we enrich the patient's own serum with clinical-grade nutrients like albumin and glutamine to prevent abnormal cell transformations.

13. What is a CTC?

CTC stands for Circulating Tumor Cells. These are cancer cells found in the bloodstream during the sample collection. They’re selectively isolated using immunomagnetic separation and are an internationally recognized prognostic marker of disease activity and survival.

14. Who is NOT a candidate for this therapy?

• Patients who:Cannot receive outpatient treatment
• Require specialized enteral/parenteral feeding
• Need continuous oxygen support
• Have acute infections
• Are taking certain antibiotics, antifungals, or high-dose steroids
• Use high doses of opioids
•Have anemia (hemoglobin <9)
• Are receiving specific monoclonal therapies (e.g., Avastin, Actemra)

15. What are the relative contraindications of immunotherapy?

These can often be adjusted by your doctor. Common contraindications include supplements like turmeric, vitamin D3, resveratrol, omega-3, echinacea, and laetrile. These may usually be resumed 14 days after treatment, based on medical evaluation.

16. Do I need any treatment after immunotherapy?

Your program physician will determine the best supportive supplements for your condition and will adjust your treatment plan accordingly. Most patients continue with natural supplementation.

17. What information do I need to submit to be evaluated as a candidate?

1. Medical history
2. Recent lab tests (within the last year), including:
a. Tumor markers (if applicable)
b. PET scan
c. MRI (if applicable)
d. Genetic testing (if available)
e. CBC, SMAC, PT, PTT
f. Histopathology report
g. List of current medications and supplements
h. Completed KPS and Pain Scale questionnaires

18. What KPS score is required for treatment eligibility?

Candidates must be ambulatory and able to stay at a hotel with medical supervision. We typically accept patients with KPS scores of 100, 90, or 80, and some with scores of 70 or 60 upon remote evaluation. Patients scoring below 60 generally require hospital care.

19. Is immunotherapy covered by international insurance providers?

No. Since this treatment is administered outside your home country and is considered non-orthodox, it is not covered by most international insurance plans.

20. Is financing available for this treatment?
